基于SolidWorks的某型泵专用钻削加工中心刀库的设计

本文根据合作项目要求,以普通立式钻床为原型,结合数控方面的知识,对现有机床进行改造,以满足特定零件的加工工艺要求。具体介绍了立式加工中心盘式刀库的设计过程,首先从理论上对该加工中心进行了结构运动学分析,然后利用SolidWorks软件对盘式刀库工作结构进行建模和仿真,并通过与理论比较,以此来保证结构设计的合理性,实现优化设计。本文着重讲述了刀盘部分及槽轮机构等关键部件的结构设计和参数计算。
his paper improvements the existing machine to meet the machining process requirements of specific parts based on the cooperation project requirements, combined with numerical control technology, specifically describe the designing process on Circular tool magazine of vertical machining center. Firstly makes a kinematics analysis on this machining center based on the theory, and then compared with the theoretical analysis, using SolidWorks modeling and simulation of the Circular tool magazine, in order to guarantee the rationality of the structural design, and achieving optimal designing. It primarily expounds designing and structural parameter calculating of tool rest and groove wheel and such critical component.
