采用水热法,在泡沫镍基底上生长出具有纳米片结构的镍锰氧化物材料。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的形貌进行表征。在碱性环境下,利用电化学分析站对泡沫镍负载镍锰氧化物纳米片进行电化学测试和无酶葡萄糖燃料电池性能测试。结果表明,泡沫镍负载镍锰氧化物纳米片对葡萄糖有较好的电催化活性,Ni:Mn比例在1:2.5左右为最佳,测试中最大功率密度为28.561μW cm-2。这些结果表明泡沫镍负载镍锰氧化物纳米片对葡萄糖反映良好,在无酶葡萄糖燃料电池领域具备潜在的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。

Ni-Mn oxide nanosheets was grown on foam nickel substrate by hydrothermal method. The morphology of the material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In alkaline environment, the electrochemical analysis station was used to test the performance for enzyme free glucose fuel cell of Ni-Mn oxide nanosheets. The results showed that the Ni-Mn oxide nanosheets had good electrocatalytic activity for glucose. The best ratio of Ni:Mn was about 1:2.5. The maximum power density was 28.561μW cm-2. These results showed that the Ni-Mn oxide nanosheets had a good response to glucose, and had potential application prospects in the field of enzyme free glucose fuel cells.
