非正常态氮杂卡宾催化的分子内醛腈偶联反应
Synthesis and application of abnormal N-heterocyclic carbenes in the intramolecular aldehyde-nitrile cross-coupling reaction
N-杂环卡宾不论是作为配体在金属配位化学和有机金属催化反应中,还是作为小分子催化剂直接催化反应,都得到了广泛地应用。合成稳定而高效的N-杂环卡宾具有深远的理论和应用价值。而非正常态N-杂环卡宾,由于其特殊的结构,使得其不论在金属催化还是小分子催化方面都显示出了新的活性。因此,我们选择以非正常N-杂环卡宾作为研究对象,通过探索合成了不同类型的非正常 N-杂环卡宾前体,并研究了其在催化和主客体识别方面的应用。本文制备了一系列非正常态N-杂环卡宾催化剂前体,并将其应用于分子内醛腈偶联反应中。在优化条件下,可得到93%的产率。
N-heterocyclic carbene ligands have been widely used either in the metal coordination chemistry and organometallic catalysis, or in the direct catalytic reactions of small molecules. To synthesis stable and high catalytic activity of N-heterocyclic carbene catalyst has an important theoretical significance and practical value. Due to the special structures of abnormal N-heterocyclic carbenes, compared to the normal NHCs, the abnormal N-heterocyclic carbenes have different catalytic properties in metal-catalysis and organic catalysis. Abnormal N-heterocyclic carbene precursor were chosen and studied by us. A series of abnormal N-heterocyclic carbene precursor were prepared in this paper, and their application in the intramolecular coupling reaction of aldehyde nitrile were studied. Under optimal conditions, up to 93% yield can be obtained.
