车用轮毂电机温度特性实验研究

轮毂电机直接驱动技术是新能源汽车重要发展方向。由于结构限制,车用轮毂电机散热困难。为探究全工况条件电机温升和性能变化规律,本文针对车用轮毂电机进行不同工况条件下、不同环境温度下的电机发热和性能变化规律研究。通过理论计算并结合温升试验,获取了从堵转到额定工况下电机发热,电机运行参数随温度的变化关系。为轮毂电机的结构优化和匹配控制提供依据。
In-wheel motor for direct drive is one of the important developing trend for new energy automobile, but due to structure constraints, its heat dissipation has been a problem. For exploration of the law of temperature rise and performance change under full conditions, the paper studies the in-wheel motor's heating and performance change under different working conditions and environment temperatures. The variation of motor heating and performance with temperature change from motor stalling to standard condition was obtained through theoretical calculation and temperature-rise test, which laid foundation for the in-wheel motor's structural optimization and matching control.
