Research progress of Cx43 in the protection mechanism of myocardial hypoxia injury

心肌缺氧损伤是由于心肌供血不足或血氧分压过低造成的心肌损伤,为临床中常见的心血管疾病之一。缝隙连接蛋白43(connexttion 43,Cx43)是细胞间隙连接通讯中最重要的间隙连接蛋白,在心肌缺氧损伤的保护机制中起着重要的调控作用。近年来中西药治疗心肌缺氧损伤具有显著临床疗效,但对其起效机制未能完全阐释。本文从Cx43的细胞间隙连接通讯的角度,对Cx43在心肌缺氧损伤的保护机制中的研究进展作一综述,为进一步探究中西药治疗心肌缺氧损伤的机制研究奠定基础。

Myocardial hypoxia injury is caused by myocardial ischemia and low oxygen partial pressure,which is one of the common cardiovascular diseases in clinic. Gap junction protein 43 (connexttion 43, Cx43)was the most important gap junction protein in cell gap junction communication, which played an important role in the protection of myocardial hypoxia injury. In recent years,the treatment of myocardial hypoxia injury had a significant clinical effect in Chinese and Western Medicine, but the mechanism of its onset was not fully explained.From the perspective of Cx43 cell gap junction communication,this article summarized the research progress of Cx43 in the protection mechanism of myocardial hypoxia injury and lay the foundation for the further study on Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in treatment of myocardial hypoxia injury.
