文章针对如何提高移架速度这一问题,采用计算方法对液压支架移架速度进行了分析,然后采用先进的液压系统建模仿真软件AMESim对液压支架移架过程进行了仿真,得出适当加大进回液管直径和改用大流量换向阀能够明显减少液压系统的阻力,提高移架速度,为矿井实现快速移架提供了切实可行的依据。

Focus on how to improve advancing velocity of hydraulic support , advancing velocity is analyzed by the calculation method, then advancing process is simulated by adopting the advanced hydraulic system modeling simulation software of hydraulic support AMESim. It shows that appropriate increasing in diameter of liquid pipe and replacing big flow rate reversing valve can obviously reduce the resistance of hydraulic system and improve advancing velocity, and provide a feasible basis to quick advancing in a colliery.
