PCOS发病机制与KIT/KITL相关性研究进展
Recent advances in the pathogenesis and correlation between kit/kitl and polycystic ovary syndrome
多囊卵巢综合征作为难治的内分泌紊乱性疾病,高雄激素血症是疾病发生过程中的主要表现,关于该方面的基础研究很多,但是关于KIT/KITL与其关联的研究并不多。KIT/KITL参与了卵母细胞的发生、卵泡的发育等众多途径。越来越多的证据表明,KIT/KITL的相互作用参与了多囊卵巢综合征的发生发展。本论文主要对多囊卵巢综合征的分子生物学发病机制以及KIT/KITL的相关作用通路研究进行总结,冀以可为多囊卵巢综合征中高雄激素血症发病机制研究更加深入下去,寻求新的切入点。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a heterogeneous endocrine disorder that is characterized by hyperinsulinemia. Many experts have carried a lot of research on the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome, but the correlation between KIT/KITL and polycystic ovary syndrome is still unknown. More and more evidences demonstrate that KIT/KITL involved in the oogenesis, follicular development and the occurrence of polycystic ovary syndrome. The molecular biological pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome and the correlation between kit/kitl and PCOS is summarized, which might provide a clue for the the pathology of polycystic ovary syndrome.
