网络经济的飞速发展离不开网络消费者的支撑,不断壮大的网络消费者群体是电子商务企业甚至是所有行业最宝贵的财富之一。此外,网络消费者满意度是电子商务企业竞争力发展的重要衡量标准之一。本文对网络消费者的效用和满意度进行了比较深入的分析,并以国内某大型B2C电子商务网站为实例,找出影响网络消费者满意度的主要因素,并在此基础上提出几点建议以提高网络消费者效用和满意度。

he rapid development of network economy can\'t do without the support of consumers. Growing network of consumer groups is that all e-commerce businesses and even one of the industry\'s most valuable assets. In addition, the network e-business customer satisfaction is an important measure of competitiveness in the development of one of the criteria. This network of consumer utility and satisfaction were compared with in-depth analysis, and taking a large B2C e-commerce site as an example, the influential network of customer satisfaction factors, and on this basis, a few suggestions to enhance the network effectiveness and consumer satisfaction.
