铁路建设是国家经济建设中的重要组成部分,合理的铁路建设是国家经济长期稳定发展的基础。现代社会经济发展的一个重要标志就是城市之间的交互越来越频繁。地理空间的结构也由过去的中心-腹地结构变为网络-枢纽结构。城市之间相互存在的供给与需求是其相互交往的动力来源,因此城市之间存在相互作用的吸引力。本文通过计算各城市之间的距离和GDP量建立城市之间的吸引力模型,通过设计铁路单位里程造价的估计算法求出铁路总造价,通过比较新建铁路后的吸引力升量和铁路造价的比值来确定铁路的性价比,达到分析新建铁路适宜性和可行性的目的。

Railway construction is an important component of the country's economic building, a reasonable railway construction is a long-term stability of the country's economic development. Today the interactions between cities become more and more frequent, which is a significant sign of modern social economic development. The form of geospatial has changed from Center- Hinterland structure to Networking-Project Structure. The supply and demand existing between cities is the source of driving force of their mutual interaction, so there is attraction in the interactions between cities. In this paper, by calculating the attractiveness of models of the distance between cities and cities GDP volume of the establishment, by designing of the railway mileage unit cost estimation algorithm to derive total cost of the railway, by comparing the attractiveness of the new railway or post and rail cost ratio to determine cost-effective railway, to analyze the desirability and feasibility of the new railway purposes.
