网损问题关系到电力市场的健康、稳定发展。提出了一种依据电流分布系数度量节点间电气距离从而对复杂网络进行分区的新方法,并结合潮流追踪法将该分区方法运用于对复杂网络的网损分摊研究。该方法最大的优点是运算速度快、需要的存储容量小,可以大大简化人工操作。其公式简单,物理意义明晰,通过IEEE-14节点算例分析并与其它方法比较验证了该方法的有效性。这一方法为电力市场的网损分摊理论提供了参考。

Net loss issues relate to the healthy and stable development of electricity market . A new method is proposed to partition the complex network which measuring the electric distance between the nodes through Current Distribution Coefficient. Combined with the method of Power Flow Tracking,this method is applied in the study of Loss Allocation in complex network. The biggest advantage of this method is that all the measurements, calculations can be done automatically by computer, which greatly simplifying the manual operation. Its formula is simple and has clear physical meaning, through analyzing the IEEE-14 node example and compared with other methods, the validity of this method can be verified. This approach provides a reference to the Net Loss Allocation theory of electricity market .
