高含水量疏浚淤泥快速泥水分离技术试验研究

随着我国内陆河道、湖泊和港口航道清淤工程的不断进行,产生大量了疏浚淤泥,怎样合理处理和有效利用废弃疏浚淤泥成为工程界的研究热点。针对目前疏浚淤泥堆场处理过程中经常出现排水系统淤堵现象,本文提出了高含水量疏浚淤泥快速泥水分离新技术。笔者自行研制了双阀门透气真空试验装置系统。利用该装置系统验证了高含水量疏浚淤泥快速泥水分离技术的可行性,并探讨了真空度和气流对快速泥水分离效果的影响。

oincidence with large scale dredging projects of interior rivers, lakes, ports and waterways, amounts of dredged sludge is produced. How to dispose and utilize it beneficially is becoming a highpoint in environmental and geotechnical engineering. However, in fact, clogging frequently occurs when dredged sludge is disposed and treated in cofferdams. To conquer clogging, a new technique is proposed to quickly dewater dredging sludge of high moisture content. Dual—valve ventilated vacuum experimental apparatus is designed , by which feasibility of the new technique is verified and the effect of vacuum and airflow on dredged sludge dewatering.
