静电纺丝是目前公认的制备超细纤维和纳米纤维最有效、最简单的方法。而熔喷技术是目前工业上非织造材料生产方法中能制造出最细纤维的方法。熔体静电纺丝虽然被认为是一种更经济、更环保、更安全的可替换溶液静电纺丝的方法,但到目前为止还没有实现工业化。本文通过对熔体静电纺丝技术与熔喷技术在原理、设备与模具、纤维质量和效率等方面的比较,分析了熔体静电纺丝技术替代熔喷技术的可能性,并总结了熔体静电纺丝技术的优点。

Electrospinning has been recognized to be the most effect and simplest method to produce ultrathin fibers and nanofibers, while melt blowing technology is one of the methods to produce nonwoven materials, whose fibers are the thinnest in industry. Melt electrospinning is a cheaper, more environmentally friendly, and safer alternative to solution electrospinning, however, its industrialization does not come true till now. This paper studied on the probability of melt electrospinning technology substitutes for melt blowing technology by Comparing their theory, device and mould, fiber quality and efficiency. Summarize the advantages of melt electrospinning technology.
