省域“双一流”政策文本分析视角下图书馆服务对接路径

Purpose/significance] Higher education policy plays an important role in guiding and regulating the development of higher education. Under the background of education policy in the new era, university library service needs transformation and upgrading. Through the policy text analysis, help the university library service new thinking. [Method/process] Based on reviews of the development of university library service, this paper used Nvivo text analysis software to analyze the codes of policy documents in 30 provinces and cities, interpreted the policy texts, and sorted out the value codes related to library service. [Result/conclusion] In the process of promoting the construction of "double first-class", university libraries can provide services through four ways, namely, ensuring connection, radiating connection, upgrading connection and transformation connection. The development of library services needs to be guided by provincial policies, identify the service connection points, carry out continuous and effective services, strengthen mechanism construction, enhance service depth and granularity, and promote the transformation and upgrading of library services.
