矿井液压支架压力无线监测装置的研究
Research of Wireless Monitoring Mine Hydraulic Support Pressure
本文是针对矿井液压支架监测点较多、监测点经常移动的特点,设计出一套矿井液压支架压力无线监测装置。本设计采用飞思卡尔公司生产的内部集成16位A/D转换器、内含ARM Cortex-M0+处理器的MKL15Z64VFT4和无线芯片SI4438,实现对2路液压支架压力的采集、显示及无线传输数据。设计了数据采集电路、无线通信电路和外设供电控制电路,对该系统进行了软硬件节电设计和无线数据传输防碰撞设计,保障了系统的可靠运行。
his article is aimed at the coal mine hydraulic support more monitoring points,the monitoring points often moving the characteristic,and designs a set of mine hydraulic support pressure monitoring device.This design uses the Freescale Semiconductor company to produce the internal integrating 16 bit A/D converter,containing the Cortex-M0+ ARM processor MKL15Z64VFT4 single chip microcomputer,and carries on the real-time monitoring to the 2 way hydraulic support,and the wireless transmission data.The data acquisition circuit,wireless communication circuit and peripheral power supply control circuit are designed, and the hardware and software power saving design of the system and the design of wireless data transmission and anti collision are carried out, which ensures the reliable operation of the system.
