研究了鼓泡缺陷的存在和位置对杨木单板层积材模态参数的影响。对振动信号进行小波包分解,结果表明:有缺陷试件的基本频率要比无缺陷试件的频率要低,高阶模态对结构的损伤比低阶更加敏感;相同缺陷程度、不同缺陷位置试件振动信号的小波能量高频分量是不同的,在高频部分有鼓泡缺陷试件的能量率要明显大于无缺陷试件的能量率。其中在第七阶高频部分能量率中,右端鼓泡大于中间鼓泡大于左端鼓泡大于无缺陷试件。这样通过在高频部分的分量,就可以初步判断出缺陷的位置。

his study investigated the effects of the occurring and position of defects on modal parameter of LVL. The vibration signals were decomposed by wavelet package. The main results are as follows: The energy ratio of sample with defect was higher than that of sample without defect at high frequency. With defects at different position, the energy ratio at high frequency of sample with defects at right is the maximum and that of sample with defects at left is minimum. The defects of samples can be nondestructive tested based on vibration modal analysis.
