基于层次模糊分析法的BT模式项目风险评价模型研究

BT项目在建设过程中的各个阶段都存在一定的风险。本文在构建了BT模式下的公共设施项目风险指标体系及评价模型建立流程的基础上，提出了BT模式下的公共设施项目风险评价的层次模糊综合评价方法，对某市中心的一个轨道交通BT工程项目实施全过程风险进行了实证分析，演示了该方法的应用过程和步骤，确立工程项目风险管理的方向和关键，证实了该评价方法的有效性。
he BTproject has risk in each stage of construction process.On the basis of establishing the index system and the process model of the risk evaluation, the paper proposes an AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for risk evaluation of public facilities pr ojects based on BT mode. A rail transit project which is located in the city center is chose as a case. And then the case study is put forward to demonstrate the application process and stages. It establishes the direction and keys of project risk management, and proves the validity of the evaluation method.
