We investigate the influence of initial correlation between system and environment on the dynamical behavior of open quantum systems based on a collison model. The environment is divided into two parts, one part can interact with system directly, which is called internal environment, and another part can not directly interact with the environment, which is called remain enviroment. And two cases are considered, one is having correlation in the remain enviroment and another is having no correlation. It is found that it can lead the non-markovian dynamics in both cases, when the initial correlation between the system and the environment exists. Specifically, in some cases the dynamic behavior of system is Markovian when there is no initial correlation between the system and environment, but it will be non-Markovian when there are initial quantum correlations between the system and environment. And, under the same conditions, for different interaction strength between the system and environment, non-Markovian also will be significantly different between the remain environments having or not having correlation.
