交联对壳聚糖/聚乙二醇/负离子皮革涂饰剂性能的影响
Effect of Cross-linking on Properties of Chitosan/Polytheylene Glycol/Negative Oxygen Ion Leather Finishing Agent
采用物理共混法制备了丙三醇(Glu)、戊二醛(Glu)、氧化石墨烯(GO)化学交联和物理交联(Heat)的壳聚糖/聚乙二醇/负离子(CS/PEG/NOI)复合涂饰剂,并对其分散性、稳定性、亲水性及涂层的物理机械性能、透水汽性能进行对比分析。结果表明:交联可有效改善复合涂饰剂的性能,物理交联的交联程度较化学交联小,对其性能影响也较低。丙三醇交联可提升分散性与亲水性,但稳定性下降明显,成革透水汽性能可提升至2.4g/cm2 h;戊二醛交联后,稳定性提升,分散性和亲水性下降;氧化石墨烯则可大幅提升分散性、稳定性,但亲水性大幅下降,成革耐磨耗可提升至4级,耐干擦5级,耐湿擦4级,成革透水汽性能1.0g/cm2 h;物理交联可小幅提升分散性,亲水性稍微降低。
Solution blending used chemical cross-linking and physical cross-linking (Heat) to prepare chitosan/polyethylene glycol/negative oxygen ion (CS/PEG/NOI) composites, in which chemical cross-linking used glycerol (Gly), glutaraldehyde (Glu), graphene oxide (GO). The results showed that cross-linking can effectively improve the performance of the composite coating agent. Physical cross-linking had a lower degree of cross-linking than chemical cross-linking and has a lower effect on its performance. Glycerol cross-linking can improve the dispersibility and hydrophilicity, however the stability decreased significantly. At the same time, the moisture permeability of the leather can be increased to 2.4g/cm2 h; after cross-linking glutaraldehyde, its stability was improved, and its dispersibility and hydrophilicity were reduced; graphene oxide can greatly improve the dispersion and stability, but the hydrophilicity was greatly reduced;the wear resistance of the finished leather can be increased to grade 4, the dry rub resistance was grade 5, and the wet rube resistance was grade 4. The moisture permeability of the finished leather became 1.0g/cm2 h; physical cross-linking can slightly improve the dispersion and hydrophilicity became slightly lower.
