圆钢管套箍混凝土轴压短柱受力机理分析

应用连续介质力学,确立圆钢管套箍混凝土同心圆柱体混凝土受压时的计算模型,建立了圆钢管套箍混凝土组合弹性模量理论计算公式和组合应力-应变关系全曲线的理论表达式。编制了相应的计算程序,并对圆钢管套箍混凝土受力机理进行弹塑性全过程分析,得到试验结果的验证。通过对圆钢管套箍混凝土轴压短柱受力机理进行数值仿真,分析了圆钢管套箍混凝土加载过程的钢管环向应力-应变关系以及核心混凝土的轴向应力-应变关系、径向应力-应变关系的变化情况的变化情况,探讨了圆钢管套箍混凝土和圆钢管混凝土力学性能的之间的差别。分析结果表明:与钢管混凝土力学性能相比,钢管套箍混凝土的核心混凝土的径向压应力、纵向强度和钢管环向拉应力增加;圆钢管套箍混凝土将套箍约束作用发挥至最大,极限承载力和剩余承载力高、延性好,但组合弹性模量偏小。
Based on continuum mechanics, the calculation model for circular steel tube confined concrete (STCC) stub columns of concentric cylinders of circular steel tube with concrete core under concrete section loaded entirely is determined. The theoretical calculation formulas for composite elastic modulus and composite stress-strain relationship of the stub columns are presented. A FORTRAN program for the elasto-plastic analysis of STCC stub columns under concentric loading is developed and the behavior of STCC stub columns is analyzed. The analysis results are in good agreement with the experiment ones from references. The behavior of the columns is simulated when loaded to failure, the perimeter stress-axial strain relationship of steel, the axial stress-axial stain relationship, and the radial stress-axial strain relationship of concrete are analyzed. The comparisons between STCC stub columns and concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) stub columns on the behavior are discussed. From the result, it is indicated that: for STCC stub columns, compared with CFST stub columns, the radial stress, axial strength of concrete core, and the perimeter stress of steel tube increase; the confinement effect between concrete core and steel tube strengthens and the ultimate capacity, residual capacity and the ductility of the columns increase, but composite elastic modulus decreases.
