灯盏乙素的微生物转化研究

目的 利用黑曲霉对灯盏乙素转化制备代谢产物野黄芩素。方法 本研究采用黑曲霉对灯盏乙素进行转化,通过各种色谱手段对发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离,得到两个转化产物,并通过理化性质及现代波谱手段鉴定了它们的结构。结果 经鉴定,两个转化产物分别为野黄芩素和6-羟基木犀草素。

Objective To prepare scutellarein from scutellarin with Aspergillus niger AS 3.795. Methods Aspergillus niger AS 3.795 was selected to transform scutellarin, and two products were isolated and purified from the fermented broth by means of different kinds of chromatographies, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidences and spectroscopic analyses. Results The two metabolites were identified as scutellarein and 6-hydroxy-luteolin.
