石英砂是目前应用最广泛的非金属原料之一,加强对石英砂原料的分选、提高石英产品的纯度,对国民经济的发展具有重要的现实意义。要使石英砂达到较高的纯度,必然要对石英砂进行分级脱泥除去粘土杂质,加药分散能够较好的实现这一过程。研究了碱性条件对分散试验较为有利,以及三种不同的分散剂对石英砂分选效果的影响,讨论了分散剂的机理。

Quartz sand is one of the most widely used non-metallic materials, it will be very important practical significance to the development of the national economy to enhance the sorting of raw materials of quartz sand and improve its purity quotient. To achieve a higher purity, quartz sand must be to go through slassifying and delurrying to remove clay impurities, add dispersant can be better achieved in the process. This paper studies the alkaline conditions are more favorable for decentralized testing, as well as three different dispersants on the effect of quartz sand’s separation, discuss the mechanism of the dispersant.
