Research and Application of ICA-based anti-multipath interference
本文首先考察了ICA(独立分量分析)技术的原理,并研究了将该技术和抗多径干扰领域结合的可能性,并且在可行性研究的基础上,设计了基于ICA原理的抗多径干扰系统,由于ICA分离算法的基础在于信号分量非高斯度的测量,因此,相对于传统的抗多径干扰方法——信道均衡技术,它对信道干扰强调的依赖更少,在强多径环境下传输的抗干扰性能更好,计算机仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
It is discussed firstly in this article the theory of ICA(independent component analysis). Then the feasibility of combing the application of ICA and anti-multipath interference is also researched in this paper. Based on those discussion and research, a ICA-based anti-multipath interference system has been proposed. Because ICA algorithm separate signals on the measurement of nongaussianity, this ICA-based system could reach a better performance under the condition of intensive multipath interference, compared with the traditional method-equalizer. Meanwhile, the simulation result have prove the validation of those deduction.
