参芪复方对GK大鼠肾PPARγ表达的影响
Effects Of Shenqi Compound Recipe On PPARγ In Diabetic Nephropathy GK Rats
目的:观察参芪复方对糖尿病肾病(DN)Goto-Kakizaki(GK)大鼠过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)表达的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法:将随机血糖≥11.1mml/L的GK大鼠40只随机分为雷米普利组、参芪复方高剂量组、参芪复方低剂量组、模型组四组,设SD大鼠10只作为空白组。灌胃8周后,测定各组大鼠血糖、血脂(TG、TC)、肾脏PPARγ表达的变化。结果:参芪复方高剂量组GK大鼠血糖、TG、TC水平降低,PPARγ表达增强,和模型组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪复方高剂量能够增强PPARγ活性,可能是其降糖、降脂的作用机制之一。
Objective:To observe the effects of Shenqi Compound Re- cipe on the express Peroxisome Pro-liferator-activated Receptors gamma(PPARγ) In Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) GK Rats and its possible mechanisms. Methords:The 40 GK rats, random gluce higher than 11.1mmol/L, were randomly divided into Ramipril group, the Shenqi Compound Recipe high dose group, the Shenqi Compound Recipe low dose group, and model group. 10 SD rats were set as the control group. After administered for 8 weeks,determined the gluce、lipid(TG、TC) and the expression of PPARγ from right kidney. Results:The expression of he PPARγ in the Shenqi Compound Recipe high dose group GK rats increased, having statistically significance compared with the model group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The Shenqi Compound Recipe high dose group can increased the expression of the PPARγ activities,which May be its one of the mechanisms in preventing DN.
