离子选择性电极作为一种简单、快速、可用于有色和混浊溶液的非破坏性分析工具在农业中已有部分应用,但基于离子选择性电极的土壤养分快速检测仍在进一步研究当中。本文着重研究了可用于离子选择性电极信号采集的多通道土壤养分检测仪设计,它包括信号调理模块、模数转换模块、温度检测模块、单片机控制器、串口通信模块、电源模块、液晶显示模块等。单片机控制器选用16位超低功耗MSP430F149单片机,信号调理电路是在OPA129U运放的基础上设计的,模数转换器芯片选用16位转换精度的ADS8364。经试验,仪器测量精度可达0.1mV,与国外进口离子计M555性能对比试验的结果理想,相关系数达到1。

s a simple, quick, and non-destructive analysis tool, which can be used for non-ferrous and cloudy solution, ion selective electrode has been applied in agriculture. However, further research of soil nutrient rapid detection based on ion selective electrode is still worked on. In this paper, soil nutrient detector is emphatically studied for ion selective electrode signal acquisition, which includes signal conditioning module, analog-to-digital conversion module, temperature detecting module, single chip microcomputer controller, serial communication module, power module, LCD module and so on. To achieve the purpose of reducing system power consumption, a 16-bit ultra-low power MSP430F149 microcontroller is chosen. The measurement accuracy can reach 0.1 mV. Performance comparison tests are taken among this instrument and imported ion meter, and the comparison results are ideal. The correlation coefficient is 1.
