应急预案数字化信息管理系统分析与设计

Emergency plans are an important reference and basis for emergency management. To digitalize the modeling, management of emergency plans, and therefore, providing decision support for an emergency work, will help improve the level of scientific and intelligent emergency management. In this paper, the current status of the domestic emergency system is surveyed in depth, and then the overall structure and function of the emergency plans for the management of information systems is analyzed. Finally, a prototype of digital plan management system is developped accordingly.
