Mathematical model analysis of micro-channel Reactors concerning steam reforming of methanol
建立了甲醇水蒸汽重整微反应器的数学模型,用正交配置法计算了微流道内各组分浓度和温度沿轴向的分布。模拟了催化剂涂层厚度、微流道尺寸对微反应器性能的影响。通过实验值和模型计算值的比较,证明可以利用此模型对甲醇水蒸汽重整微反应器进行定性分析,为甲醇水蒸汽重整微反应器的设计和应用奠定理论基础。
mathematical model analysis of a micro-channel reactor concerning steam reforming of methanol has been established. The concentration and temperature profiles in axial direction inside the micro-channel are obtained by orthogonal collection method. The effects of thickness of catalyst coating and size of micro-channel on the performance of the micro-channel steam reformer are shown. By comparing the results of model analysis and experiments, it is confirmed the mathematical model can be used qualitatively and can lay a theoretical foundation for the design and application of micro-channel reactor concerning steam reforming of methanol.
