VIP服务能力分享策略建模分析模型研究
VIP SERVICE CAPACITY SHARING STRATEGY OF QUEUEING MODEL BASED ON MARKOV THEORY
本文基于现实生活中常见的VIP通道空闲的现象,提出VIP服务能力分享排队策略。该研究建立了VIP服务能力分享模型和与独立服务模型,采用马尔科夫方法获得了系统的稳态概率,同时基于稳态概率进行了系统的利用率、排队等待队长等性能分析。研究对VIP服务能力分享模型和独立服务模型进行了经济性比较,分别构造了收益--成本函数,且在成本中引入了顾客的等待时间成本。通过算例分析,研究给出了VIP服务能力分享模型优于普通独立服务模型的适用条件,为系统设计者进行系统服务策略设计提供了参考。
Based on the capacity idleness of VIP channel which is a common phenomenon in daily service system, a VIP capacity sharing queuing model is studied in this paper. VIP Capacity sharing queuing model and individual queuing model are proposed, and the continuous-time Markov process theory is applied to solve the steady-state probability of the two models respectively. Based on the steady state probability, system performance indicators like server utilization and customer waiting time are also proposed. Economic comparison of these two models is studied as well, which is under the construction of profit-cost function with customer waiting time cost taking into consideration. Numerical analysis has been done to obtain the conditions under which that VIP capacity sharing queuing model would gain better performance than individual queuing model, which could provide some insight for service queuing system designers.
