IT系统是企业运营的支撑系统,随着企业对IT系统依赖的日益增强,IT系统的可靠性越来越受到企业领导的重视。针对IT系统中问题出现的频率极高,问题的种类复杂且多样,问题的影响比较严重等这些特点,本文对IT系统中出现的问题进行建模,并对模型的各个层次进行了细致的分析,同时对模型在传播性、支撑性和依赖性等方面进行了分析和讨论,从而更深刻的认识问题的影响面和严重程度,为企业IT部门更好的进行问题管理提供基础。

IT system is the business operation support systems, with the growing of enterprises rely on IT systems, the reliability of IT system is receiving increasing attention from business leaders. For the features that the problem of IT system has very high frequency, the types are complex and diverse, the aftereffects are serious and so on, this article designed a model on the problems of IT system and carry out a detailed analysis about each level of the model, At the same time, this article also gave an analysis and discussion on the diffusion, support, dependence and other aspects of the mode so that we can have a better understanding of the severity and influence of the problems, and provides the basis of the problem management for IT departments .
