铅胁迫对甜高粱辽甜3号种子萌发的影响

污染土壤植物修复技术近年来已得到国内外的广泛关注与运用。植物修复的关键是选择适宜的植物。研究选取综合抗逆性好的能源植物辽甜3号甜高粱为实验材料,对甜高粱进行不同浓度(0,100,500,1000,2000,3000,4000umol/l)的铅胁迫处理,考察了铅胁迫对甜高粱种子萌发的影响。结果表明,在低浓度0-100umol/L范围,发芽率、根(芽)伸长量、根(芽)鲜重都明显大于其它组,说明低浓度铅胁迫有刺激促进种子萌发生长的作用。100-1000umol/L浓度范围内,随着铅离子浓度的升高种子萌发生长受抑制或损害程度越大。地下部分受抑制程度要大于地上部分。
Phytoremediation technology has received extensive attention and application at home and abroad in recent years. Phytoremediation key is to choose a suitable plant.Research selects the energy plants (Liaotian NO.3) Sweet sorghum as the experimental material, which has good ability to resist adversity. The lead stress concentration range from 0-4000umol/L.The results shows that, in low concentration range from 0 to 100umol/L, the germination rate, root (bud) elongation and biomass are all significantly greater than the other groups. It's indicated that low concentration of lead stress stimulate seedling growth. Within the concentration range of 100-1000umol/L, with Pb2+ concentration increased, the degree of inhibition or damage also increases, but the underground portion is greater than the aboveground .
