(Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3高温无铅压电陶瓷性能研究
Study on the performance of (Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3 high-temperature lead-free piezoelectric ceramics
采用电子陶瓷工艺,制备了(Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3(x=0.057-0.066)无铅压电陶瓷。Li+取代K+可以明显提高样品的居里温度(Tc),(Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3(x=0.057-0.066)样品的居里温度高达490--510oC,比(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3高70oC左右。样品的压电常数d33高达202--212 pC/N,平面机电耦合系数为44.4%--46.8%,介质损耗低于2.6%。x=0.066的样品经450oC退火24小时,压电常数仍高达125 pC/N. 实验表明,(Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3(x=0.057-0.066)是高性能的高温无铅压电陶瓷。
(Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3(x=0.057-0.066)were fabricated by the electronic ceramic processing. It was found that Curie temperature (Tc) of the ceramics substituted by Li+ for K+ are obviously raised, Tc of (Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3(x=0.057-0.066)are as high as 490--510oC with 70oC higher than the pure (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3. The piezoelectric constant d33 of the Li-doped ceramics are as high as 202—212pC/N, their plane electromechanical coupling factors are in the range of 44.4%--46.8%, their losses are below 2.6 %. Especially, the specimen of x=0.066 still has a high piezoelectric constant d33 of 125 pC/N after 24 hours annealing at 450oC. These experimental results indicate that (Na0.5K0.5-xLix)NbO3(x=0.057-0.066)are a system of high-temperature lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with high performance.
