大扭矩螺旋作动器的设计与研究
he Design and Research of High-torque Screw Actuator
为建立新型高弹性联轴器的试验平台,满足其大扭矩小摆角的实验要求,基于滚珠螺旋传动原理设计一种大扭矩螺旋作动器。该作动器可以将输入往复直线运动转化为输出左右摆动,其输出扭矩可达30kN•m,输出摆角±10°,频率0~12Hz. 应用Pro/E软件对该作动器建立三维实体模型,将其导入ADAMS中进行运动和动力学仿真,着重分析螺旋套的输出曲线,得到滚珠的运动曲线。根据惯性和弹性等效原则对模型进行了有限元分析简化,使用ANSYS软件对简化模型进行模态分析,得到大扭矩螺旋作动器的前8阶固有频率,模态分析结果证明机构具有良好的动态特性。
For the establishment of new high-elastic coupling of the test platform to meet their high-torque requirements of small swing angle experiments, Based on ball screw transmission, a high-torque screw actuator which can transform directly the straight movement to rotation movement was designed, the output torque of up to 30kN • m, the output swing angle ±10°, frequency of 0~12Hz. The force converter model was build by Pro/E, then the flexible multi-body systems were simulated and analyzed by using ADAMS software, especially the spiral set output curve was emphatically analyzed, the curves of ball movement were also obtained. According to the principles of inertia and flexibility the model is equivalent, then use ANSYS software to simplify the model modal analysis, the first eight natural frequencies of the high-torque screw actuator were given, modal analysis results show that institutions have good dynamic characteristics.
