等离子体聚丙烯酸薄膜的制备及固定白蛋白以提高抗凝血性能

本文通过等离子体反应装置,采用丙烯酸单体在纯钛表面制备含有羧基的等离子体聚合丙烯酸薄膜,并在其表面固定白蛋白,对其抗凝血性能进行了研究。通过FTIR、XPS、接触角测试、表面轮廓仪、羧基定量实验、溶血实验、血小板粘附实验对其表面性能进行了评价。结果显示,等离子体聚丙烯酸薄膜出现了羧基官能团;等离子体聚丙烯酸薄膜及其表面固定白蛋白后,具有很小的溶血率;在等离子体聚丙烯酸薄膜上固定白蛋白时,pH为4.0时的固定量多于pH为7.0时的固定量;等离子体聚丙烯酸薄膜固定白蛋白后,血小板的粘附数量、变形与聚集行为有明显的改善。
he plasma-polymerized acrylic acid films containing of carboxyl group were produced on titanium substrates by the acrylic acid and argon plasma treatments. Bovine serum albumin was immobilized on the optimized plasma-polymerized acrylic acid films. FTIR, XPS, contact angle test, carboxyl group quantification test, blood platelet adhesion, hemolysis were used to evaluate the properties of materials. The carboxyl groups were observed on the films of deposited acrylic acid films. The BSA can be immobilized effectively on the plasma-polymerized acrylic acid films at pH 4.0 compared to pH at 7.0. The adhesion, denaturing and aggregation of the platelets were impeded significantly on albumin immobilized on the plasma-polymerized acrylic acid films compared to titanium films. The plasma-polymerized acrylic acid films showed low hemolytic ratio.
