长纤维增强聚酰胺制件翘曲因素的正交实验研究

翘曲变形是塑料制件常见的缺陷之一,导致翘曲变形的因素有很多且影响大小也不一样。本文研究了模具温度、熔体温度、开模时间、注射+保压+冷却时间、注射压力等工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响。利用正交实验,采用五因素四水平,选用正交表L16(45)对这五个因素进行分析。正交实验分析的结果表明,模具温度的变化对翘曲量的影响最大,开模时间变化对翘曲量的影响最小。利用极差分析法,列出因素重要性的顺序,同时可以得出工艺参数的最优方案以及各因素水平改变翘曲量的变化规律。

Warpage is one of common flaws of plastic parts, there are many factors that can lead to warpage and effect sizes are not the same. This paper studies influence of process parameters which is the mold temperature, melt temperature, mold time, injection pressure + insurance + cooling time , injection pressure on warpage. By orthogonal experiments, using five factors and four levels, choose orthogonal table L16 (45) to these five factors are analyzed. Orthogonal experimental analysis results show that the effect of mold temperature on warpage was greatest and open mold time was minimal. Using poor analysis, listed the importance of the factors in the order, at the same time,the optimum scheme of process parameters can be choosed and the change rule of the level of each factor change warpage.?????
