脂肪醇(氢源)种类对苯酚及其衍生物液相原位加氢反应的影响
Effect of Aliphatic Alcohols (Hydrogen Sources) on Liquid Phase In-situ Hydrogenation of Phenol and Its Derivatives
在固定床反应器中,在Raney Ni和Pd/Al2O3催化剂作用下分别考察了不同脂肪醇(甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇)为氢源时,苯酚及其衍生物(苯酚、2-甲基苯酚、对叔丁基苯酚)液相原位加氢反应性能。探讨了三种脂肪醇为氢源时苯酚液相原位加氢的反应机理(副反应的发生机理),揭示脂肪醇(氢源)种类对苯酚及其衍生物液相原位加氢反应性能的影响规律。结果发现,以Pd/Al2O3催化剂上甲醇、乙醇和乙二醇为氢源时,苯酚液相原位加氢的转化率分别为18.1%,40.4%和17.2%,环己酮的选择性分别为96.1%,92.4%和91.7%。这表明脂肪醇(氢源)种类是影响苯酚及其衍生物液相原位加氢反应性能的重要因素,不同脂肪醇为氢源时苯酚液相原位加氢的反应机理存在差别。因此,在有机物液相原位加氢反应体系中可以通过脂肪醇(氢源)的选择来提高反应活性和目标产物选择性。
Liquid phase in-situ hydrogenation of phenol and it derivatives (phenol, o-cresol, and p-tertbutylphenol) using different aliphatic alcohols (methanol, ethanol, and ethylene glycol) as hydrogen sources over the Raney Ni and Pd/Al2O3 catalyst were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The effects of aliphatic alcohols (hydrogen sources) on the mechanism and reaction performance of the liquid phase in-situ hydrogenation of phenol were discussed. The experimental results showed that the conversion of phenol are 18.1, 40.4, and 17.2%, respectively, and the selectivity of cyclohexanone are 96.1, 92.4, and 91.7%, respectively, when using methanol, ethanol, and ethylene glycol as the hydrogen sources over the Pd/Al2O3 catalyst. These results indicated that the type of aliphatic alcohols (hydrogen sources) has a high effect on the liquid phase in-situ hydrogenation of phenol and it derivatives. The reaction mechanism of the liquid phase in-situ hydrogenation of phenol using different aliphatic alcohols as hydrogen sources could be different. Therefore, the choice of hydrogen sources (aliphatic alcohols) could improve the activity and selectivity in the liquid phase in-situ hydrogenation process.
