城市低保对煤炭企业下岗职工再就业影响的研究——基于阜新市煤炭企业下岗职工再就业调查的分析
he Influence of Urban Minimun Living Guarantee System to the Re-employment of the Laid-off Workers of Coal Enterprises----Based on analyzing the Survey of Re-employment of Fuxin Coal Enterprises Laid-off Workers
本文根据煤炭企业下岗职工再就业的调查数据,采用列联表χ2检验法对城市最低生活保障制度影响煤炭企业下岗职工的再就业的显著性进行检验,同时运用Logistic回归模型分析了个人特征变量对煤炭企业下岗职工再就业的影响。结果表明:城市最低生活保障制度对煤炭企业下岗职工再就业影响不显著,而身体健康状况、再就业培训、生活预期等变量对其有显著性影响。
Based on the survey of re-employment of coal laid-off workers’ data, we conduct a significant test the minimum living security system affect the re-employment of coal laid-off workers would be or not by using χ2contingency table, at the same time, analysis the impact of the personal characteristics variables of coal laid-off workers by Logistic regression model. The results showed that: the urban minimum living guarantee system for laid-off workers of coal enterprises will not conduct an impact on the re-employment, while the variables physical health, re-employment training, expected of life.etc.
