With the development of logistic enterprises, the hearty requirement on logistics management software was brought out .The design and import of management software is becoming the important way to realize information management in port enterprises. Some questions relation to how to build information system in port enterprises will be putted forward. And the content and trend of software about port logistics management in currently situation will be concluded in this paper.
