国防科技研发对国民经济增长溢出效应评价研究
Study on the Evaluation of Defense R&D Spillovers Effects on Economic Growth
国防科技研发对促进我国整体技术的发展影响深远，评价国防科技研发对国民经济增长溢出效应一直是学者与政府关注的热点问题。本文通过理论模型方法研究了国防科技研发对民用技术的挤出效应，同时，国家存在一个合理的，能够使国民经济增长达到最大化的国防科技研发投入与GDP的比例。
efense R&D has the great role to the development of our technology. It has been the focus of scholars and Government to evaluate the defense R&D spillovers effects on economic growth. In this paper, it is studied the crowd-out effects of defense R&D with the theoretical models. There exists a economic growth-maximizing level of defense R&D sharing of GDP.
