以萃取徐州夹河气煤得到的萃余煤为原料制备炭膜,KOH作为活化剂,探讨腐植酸钠、沥青和淀粉作为粘结剂对炭膜孔隙率和渗透率的影响,选出适宜的粘结剂。结果表明:选择淀粉作为粘结剂较佳,当加入量为5 %时制备得到的炭膜效果最好,表面比较完整、平滑、无针眼、可塑性较好,孔隙率和渗透率分别为44.48 %和5685 L/(m2ohoMPa),并且孔隙结构发达,孔径分布集中在3~15 nm之间。

he coal residue obtained from Jiahe gas coal of Xuzhou, as raw material, with the KOH as activator, was prepared into carbon membrane. The effects of sodium humate, asphalt and starch as binders on carbon membrane porosity and permeability were investigated, meanwhile, the suitable binder was selected out. The results showed that: starch, as a better binder, when the added amount of which was 5%, the best carbon film was prepared. And the carbon film surface was more complete, smooth, no needle and good plasticity, with the porosity and permeability, respectively 44.48% and 5685 L / (m2 o h o MPa), developed pore structure, and pore size distribution concentrated in 3 ~ 15 nm.
