冠心病心脏介入术患者心脏康复护理模式的效果评价

Objective: To briefly analyze the theoretical construction and efficacy evaluation of myocardial health care model for patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac interventional surgery.Methods: Patients with coronary heart disease who had been treated in hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the main subjects of the study, and were divided into experimental group and control group according to random numerical table method, with a total of 46 patients in each group.Among them, patients in the control group received conventional maintenance mode, while patients in the experimental group received cardiac rehabilitation maintenance mode. Results: Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body mass index, waist-hip ratio and other nine indexes in experimental group were more ideal than those in control group. The smoking cessation rate of the experimental group was 70%, significantly higher than that of the control group (22.22%). The quality of life and SDS of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Results: The cardiac health nursing model can obviously optimize the quality of life and mental health of patients with coronary heart disease or cardiac interventional surgery, and has the value of clinical promotion.
