uring some equipment installation and location work, accuracy requirement often can't be met if directly applying layout programme of total station. So, precise measurement and corrected adjustment of setting-out points is often carried out for many times. In order to quikly and accurately calculate adjusted value and improve work efficiency, based on a glass cutting machine equipment installation engineering practice, a new working pattern of total station combined with Excel is studied, which can provide real-time guide for layout smoothly. The practice shows that the pattern is simple, real-time and efficient.
