在长时间光处理下,观察到了CdSe量子点薄膜光致荧光效率增强、光谱蓝移和寿命增加的现象。光处理前后的荧光动力学对比研究结果表明,长时间光处理导致的空间电荷积累有效地抑制了电荷转移与表面俘获效应,降低了其淬灭荧光的几率,同时提高了激子辐射复合的几率,相应的荧光寿命及比重增加。光谱蓝移则是由光氧化导致的。

he observations of photo-induced flourescene enhancement (PFE) in CdSe quantum dot thin films are reported in this paper, as well as the increases in lifetimes and blue-shift spectra. The ultrafast flourescence dynamics observed after two hours illumination, in comparison with that before illumination, indicate that the resultant accumulation of space charge during illumination inhibits the charge transfer and surface trapping, consequensely leading to higher probability of radiative recombination, increasing the flourescence lifetime and relative proportion, making a primary contribution to PFE. Furthermore, the blue-shifting of spectra is due to photooxidation.
