基于AHP-TOPSIS的房地产项目后评价研究

lthough the real estate project post evaluation system in our country has certain development time, it still exist many problems. The post evaluation content is not comprehensive. The recognition of industry is not insufficient. It has no a sound theory support. The existing research method is not perfect and not science. According to the above problem, this paper combine with the characteristics of the real estate project post evaluation and establish a comprehensive project post evaluation system. Then useing AHP-TOPSIS method combined with the post evaluation system assess the real estate project, according to the actual case to prove the feasibility of this method.
