静叶片数对动静相干效应影响的实验研究
Experimental Study on the Effect of Rotor/Stator Interaction with Different Number of Stators
以直叶片搅拌器为基本模型,采用粒子图像速度场仪(PIV),在低转速情况下,变换静叶片数目,对搅拌中的动静相干非定常流场进行了实验测量。实验在静叶片吸力面观测到明显的旋涡结构,对相同工况下动叶处于相同相位时的流场进行测量并采用集平均技术进行时间平均,随着旋转的发生,动叶的相位将会对旋涡的形态和位置产生周期性的影响。实验发现改变静叶片数目会对这一现象产生明显的影响。本文还计算并绘制了测试区域流场相应的涡量-流线图,从涡量角度分析了这一影响。
he rotor/stator interaction effect is experimentally studied in a straight blade agitator using particle image velocimetry (PIV), especially in the situation with low rotational speed. The cases with different number of stator blades are investigated in series to study its influence on the unsteady flow. A clear vortex is observed on the suction surface of the stator blade, an ensemble average method is used to get the time average flow field when the rotor is in different phase positions. The vortex in the low speed area at the suction surface of the stator blade is strongly relative to the number of stator blade. Streamline and vorticity of the flow field are also analyzed to help studying the effect.
