本文总结1例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者经无痛内镜下食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗及胃底静脉曲张组织胶治疗后反复出血的医护一体化中医护理查房的实践经验。根据患者临床资料，由责任护士汇报病例，医生分析病情，医护联合针对患者症状进行讨论，协同制定个体化护理措施。通过医护一体化查房，治疗与护理相结合，达到个性化、精细化、综合化的护理效果，从而提高护理质量，促进患者健康的目的。
his article summarizes the practical experience of a patient with liver cirrhosis, esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding, who underwent painless endoscopic treatment with esophageal variceal sclerosing agent and gastric variceal tissue glue for recurrent bleeding. The integrated medical and nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine ward rounds were conducted.Based on the patient's clinical data, the responsible nurse reports the case, the doctor analyzes the condition, and the medical staff collaborates to discuss the patient's symptoms and develop personalized nursing measures. By integrating medical and nursing rounds, treatment and nursing are combined to achieve personalized, refined, and comprehensive nursing outcomes, thereby improving nursing quality and promoting patient health.
