不同掺量钢纤维高性能混凝土的冲击性能
Impact Properties of Steel Fiber-Reinforced High Performance Concrete with Varied Fiber Contents
为了研究钢纤维掺量对高性能混凝土冲击性能的影响,本实验通过改变纤维掺量,依照ACI544.2 R的纤维混凝土性能测试方法,对不同钢纤维掺量的试件进行研究。结果发现:在纤维掺量小于20~30kg/m3某一值时,钢纤维高性能混凝土的冲击性能随纤维掺量的增加而增强,但超过这一值后其冲击性能降低。
In order to investigate impact properties of the steel fiber-reinforced high performance concrete(SFRHPC) with varied fiber contents, the project was carried out according to ACI544.2R for testing properties of fiber-reinforced concrete. The results show SFRHPC specimen with higher steel fiber contents which is less than a value within 20-30 kg/m3 have better impact properties, but if the content exceed the value, impact properties of SFPHPC specimen would decrease.
