亚高寒草甸植物群落物种-面积曲线的研究

STUDY ON SPECIES-AREA RELATIONSHIP OF SUBALPINE MEADOW COMMUNITY

物种-面积关系描述的是物种数量随取样面积增加而变化的规律, 它是生物多样性尺度转换的重要依据。物种-面积关系可以用来估算群落或区域的物种数量、评价由于生境破坏生物多样性的丧失等。受构建方式、尺度效应以及研究地区差异的影响, 物种-面积关系的具体形式及其普适性还存在争议。本文以亚高寒草甸三种不同生境下的植物群落为研究对象,采用巢式取样法分别研究了随取样面积增加出现的新物种数,以常用的三种物种-面积曲线(指数曲线(exponential curve),S=Z ln(A)+C;幂函数曲线(Power curve),S=CAZ及对数曲线(logistic curve),S=B/(C+A-Z)对调查结果用R软件进行拟合,发现对数曲线对三个样地均拟合的最好。拟合结果与一般群落有所不同,探讨了引起这种现象的原因可能为物种呈现随机分布,进一步通过计算三个样地物种的聚集度指数验证了三个样地物种分布均呈现随机分布。

he species-area relationship (SAR) characterizes the variation in the observed number of species with increased sample area. It played a important role in understanding the generation and maintenance of biodiversity. SARs are used for estimating species richness at different scales and for estimating species extinction probability due to habitat loss. The shapes of the species-area relationships vary according to sampling methods, spatial scales and regional differences. In this paper, I studied three plant communities in different habitats (north-facing slop, souting-facing slop and flat field) of subalpine meadow, and three commonly used species-area models (exponential curve, Power curve, logistic curve) were fitted to the data respectively. I found that the logistic model satisfactorily describes the species-area data for all the samples, and I concluded that the logistic model will work best if the species are randomly distributed in space.
