胰岛β细胞的研究进展
Review on islet β cell progress
糖尿病是一种以失控的高血糖为主要表现，多种并发症为主要损害的一种代谢性疾病，已严重影响人们的健康生活。该文从胰岛素靶器官的响应性、胰岛β细胞功能、活性氧簇( ROS) 的来源、ROS 诱导β细胞功能受损以及 ROS 诱发外周组织胰岛素抵抗引起的信号通路研究作一综述。
iabetes, characterized by hyperglycemia out of control and various complications as the main damage, was a kind of metabolic disease and had seriously affected people health. In this paper, the response to the target organ of insulin, islet β cell function, resource of reactive oxygen species (ROS), the signal pathway of ROS-induced β cell dysfunction and insulin resistance in peripheral tissues were reviewed.
