本文使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,考虑了轮胎材料的非线性、接触非线性及轮胎结构非线性等因素,建立了195/65R15半钢子午线轮胎三维有限元分析模型。探讨充气工况和静负载工况下轮胎及轮胎带束层受力变形的情况,并对带束层不同部位帘线的受力及变形情况进行了分析。结果表明,带束层帘线轴向受力分布与轮胎接地区域应力分布相似,按照中心轴线对称分布,最大值出现在端部,约为142N;通过带束层帘线不同位置的周向、轴向变形可知,帘线端点最大周向变形量约为16mm,接地中点最大轴向变形量约为4mm。

Using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,taken the material non-linearity,contact non-linearity and tire structure non-linearity into account,a three-dimensional nonlinear finite element model for 195/65R15 semi-steel radial tire was constructed.On this basis,the force deformation of tire and tire belt were investigated and the force and deformation of cord in different belt parts was analyzed in air inflation and static load conditions. The results show that the cord in belt axially forced distribution and the tire grounding zone stress distribution is similar,it is central axis symmetrical distribution,its maximum value appeared in the end is about 10N;And it can be obtained that cord end the maximum circumferential deformation is about 16mm, neutral ground maximum axial deformation is about 4mm from circumferential and the axial deformation of cord in different belt parts.?
