场聚焦电容成像系统的图像重构
Image Reconstruction for Field-focusing Capacitance Imaging System
本文通过对场聚焦电容成像系统成像机理的分析,指明了非理想的场聚焦效应是导致电容图像降质的主要因素。为此,引入点扩散函数描述测量系统对重构图像的影响,基于光学系统的图像复原机理,利用反卷积方法进行图像重构/复原。仿真与实验结果证明,反卷积法可有效抑制图像模糊,明显改善重构图像质量,是目前场聚焦电容成像系统改善重建图像质量的有效算法。
Imaging principle for the field-focusing capacitance imaging system has been investigated in this paper, which indicated that the main factor affecting the image quality is the non-ideal field focusing effect. Therefore, point spread function is proposed to characterize the blurring impact of the measurement system on the images. Based on the optics image restoration mechanism, deconvolution based algorithm is introduced to reconstruct/restore the image. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed deconvolution method can suppress image blurring phenomenon, and obtain better quality images, thus shows the deconvolution based reconstruction algorithm is an effective one for field-focusing capacitance imaging system.
