基于ANSYS FLUENT商用CFD软件,采用分区求解方法对两流体耦合传热进行了数值研究,并通过理论分析揭示了其交替迭代收敛特性及其影响因素。结果表明两侧冷热流体对流换热系数比值对迭代收敛有着重要影响。交替迭代过程收敛与否,与对流换热系数比值、选择迭代的边界条件类型及首次迭代计算域的选取有关。此外针对对流换热系数比值变化复杂的工况提出了松弛修正方案,计算结果表明该松弛修正不仅能够改善收敛并能加快收敛。最后将计算结果与整场计算方法所得结果进行比较,两者完全吻合,表明所提方法正确。

Based on ANSYS FLUENT commercial CFD codes, the numerical investigation was performed on conjugate convective heat transfer. An alternative computation method was used to investigate conjugate convective heat transfer problem, with the coupling of boundary conditions. Convergence characteristics, error propagation were theoretically analyzed and main influence factors upon the numerical iteration procedure were revealed. The results show that the ratio of convective heat transfer coefficient (RCHTC) has a great impact upon convergence characteristics. The computation could lead to converged result only under the case of the ratio smaller than 1 and the smaller the ratio, the faster the convergence. Meanwhile, the results show that the convergence characteristics of iteration depend on the type of boundary conditions to chose and the choice of initial calculating domain. In addition, an improved strategy was proposed to deal with the divergence situation with complex RCHTC distribution, and the results show good convergence behavior and better speed. At last, the results from partitioned solution were compared to those from monolithic solution, and perfect agreements were found, which indicates that the numerical method is right.
